Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Matchkit you agree to these terms. If you use Matchkit for a club, you confirm you are allowed to manage that team’s data.

The service

Matchkit provides amateur team management tools (roster, fixtures, availability, live logging, competitions, and related features). Free and PRO plans differ as described on the pricing page. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Team owners and managers are responsible for who they invite and what they publish on public pages.

Acceptable use

Do not use Matchkit for illegal activity, harassment, spam, scraping other users, attempting to break security, or uploading content you do not have rights to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of team data and media you upload. You grant us a licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate Matchkit (including public pages you enable, emails, and push notifications).

Plans and payments

PRO subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Taxes may apply. You can cancel in the billing portal; access remains until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated. Refunds follow Stripe and applicable consumer law.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Native store apps load the live website and need a network connection.

Liability

Matchkit is provided as-is for amateur sports organisation. We are not liable for match results, disciplinary decisions, or data you choose to publish. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you use the free plan). Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts of Belgium have jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
